<Application Process>
1) Application Form
Please download the application form and print, sign, and fax it to +81-3-3461-9882.
Please also mail a copy to the following address:

*Please keep a copy of the form for your reference.
2) Booth locations for spaces A-F will be decided by The Tokyo Auto Salon
Association (TASA). Exhibit locations for space S will be decided through a lottery by
TASA.
3) Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by receipt of an
acceptance form, followed by receipt of an invoice for usage of their
booth.
<Application Dates>
Applications are now being accepted, and will be accepted until all available spaces have been filled.
<Exhibition Fees>
Exhibition Fees must be paid into one of the following accounts NO LATER than November 30th, 2010:

<Cancellation>
If a space is cancelled after delivery of the acceptance form, the applicant will be charged 50% of the exhibition fee as a cancellation fee, and will be charged the full exhibition fee for any spaces cancelled after October 29th, 2010.
IMPORTANT
All applicants must use the proper application forms provided by TASA. TASA reserves the right to turn down any incorrectly filled or submitted applications.

Special Note
Refusal of Applications
All applications will be subject to approval by TASA. TASA reserves right to turn down applications at any time for the following reasons:
1. If payment is not made in full by the allotted deadline.
2. If any objects of display or the exhibitor itself does not meet the show’s
objectives.
3. For any other reason as deemed necessary by TASA. Also,
please note that actions such as booth cancellation and tardy payments
may affect the committee’s decision in accepting future applications
from said exhibitor.
Gifts
TASA is looking for exhibitors to donate some of their products to select attendees who filled out a specific survey during the show. The survey is designed to promote and benefit our industry. It would be greatly appreciated if you could donate any of your products as giveaway prizes for those select attendees. Please see the benefits of donating below: *No free giveaways, please.

1.Your donated products and company name will be posted on a billboard
at the show's survey corner.
2.Your donated product photos and company name will be published on
the Tokyo Auto Salon’s official web site and in related magazines.
