Exhibitors' Membership Status & Classifications
Member : A company that has exhibited two or more times for the last 28 Tokyo Auto Salon events.Non-member : All others.
Exhibit Space Regulations and Specifications
Space A with basic booth fixture* is designated and permitted for sales of car-related products including accessories, apparel, and games. Vehicles may not be displayed.Only 50 spaces available. One exhibitor can rent up to 5 spaces. Each space is 3m wide, 2m deep, and 2.7m in height. The exhibitor can only rent multiple booth spaces in the same row. All spaces must be adjacent to each other.
Space B is a display space for vehicles only. Each exhibitor can rent up to 4 spaces adjacent to each other. No electricity is provided or allowed at this space.
Each space is 3m wide and 6m deep. One vehicle may be displayed in each space.
Space C is a standard booth space with basic booth fixture*, and is designed for general product display. Each exhibitor can rent up to 5 adjacent spaces in one row or in two rows.
Each space is 3m wide, 3m deep, and 2.7m in height.
Space D is a standard mid-sized space without basic booth fixture*, and is designed for general product display. Each exhibitor can rent between 6 and 30 spaces. Each space is 3m wide, 3m deep, and 3.6m in height. The booths’ configurations are pre-set into 10 patterns by the Tokyo Auto Salon Association (TASA). The exhibitor can pick this choice from the available patterns. When renting 8 or more spaces, the exhibitor gets an isolated booth (unadjacent to the next booth).
Space E is a combination of one space with basic booth fixture and display space for vehicles only (like Space B). Each exhibitor can rent up to 3 spaces.
Space F is a display space for vehicles only. Each exhibitor can rent up to 2 spaces. Electricity is provided for demonstration of the exhibitor’s own product(s)(no audio demonstrations are allowed).
Each space is 3m wide and 7m deep. One vehicle may be displayed in each space.
Space S is a large isolated booth (unadjacent to the next booth) without basic fixture, and is designed for general product display. The spaces are not equipped with any fixtures. Height limit is 6m, and sizes range from 300㎡ to over 1,000㎡.

Each standard booth space is equipped with basic fixtures consisting of a wall unit, exhibitor’s name plate, one fluorescent light, and one 500w/100v power outlet. Provided in Spaces A, C and E.

Exhibit Space Locations
The location of spaces A-F will be assigned by TASA.The locations of space S will be determined by lottery. Depending on the number of reservations, TASA reserves the right to redesign available spaces into a new layout. No further applications will be accepted once all spaces have been sold out.

Booth Specifications and Limitations
■ Space A (Products Sales Space)
Only 50 spaces available. Each exhibitor can rent up to 5 adjacent spaces.
Space A is designated and permitted for display and sales of car-related products, accessories, and promotional items.
Size: 3m wide and 2m deep, with a height limit of 2.7 meters for any sign, display, or decoration.
Each space is equipped with basic booth fixtures.
*If an exhibitor rents more than one unit, there will be no wall separating the units. However, for the purpose of structural integrity, base boards and structural posts will be built.

Member: 230,000 yen per space.
Non-member: 280,000 yen per space. ※price does NOT include 5% sales tax

Exhibitors will receive 5 event posters, 20 fliers, 10 general admission tickets (good for Saturday or Sunday only), and 10 special admission tickets (good for any one day, including Friday) per booth unit.
>> SpaceA
■ Space B (Vehicle Display Space)
Space B is a display space for vehicles only. Exhibitors may rent up to 2 spaces. Items such as car parts, accessories, decorations, monitors and/or sound systems cannot be displayed. Raised floors and/or the use of lifts is strictly prohibited, and there is no electricity provided.
Size: 3m wide and 6m deep
Only vehicle spec-boards, carpets, individual lights, reception counter tables, stools and catalog-stands (available for rent; rental fees apply separately) that have been specially designated by TASA are permitted for display along with the vehicle. TASA will determine the exact display locations.
(Display spaces are to be used exclusively for showing vehicles and are not guaranteed to be near the exhibitor's other booths.)
<Please note>
Exhibitors are not allowed to modify or decorate“B” spaces (sound systems, car audio, lights, flags, signs, banners, reception tables, balloons, etc.). The only materials allowed will be provided by the management committee.

Member: 150,000 yen per space.
Non-member: 170,000 yen per space. ※price does NOT include 5% sales tax

■ Space C (General Products Display Space)
Exhibitors may rent up to 5 spaces. Each space is equipped w/ basic booth fixtures.
Size: 3m wide and 3m deep, with a height limit of 2.7m for any sign, display, or decoration.
*Basic booth fixtures are provided.
*If an exhibitor rents more than one unit, there will be no wall between units. Furthermore, base boards and structural posts cannot be removed.

Member: 230,000 yen per space.
Non-member: 280,000 yen per space. ※price does NOT include 5% sales tax

■ Space D
Mid-sized booth space. Exhibitors can rent from a minimum of 6 spaces to a maximum of 30 space units. If exhibitors rent 8 or more spaces, the booth becomes isolated. Space D is not equipped with any booth fixtures.
Size: 3m wide, 3m deep, with a height limit of 3.6m for any sign, display, or decoration. 2-story booth construction is prohibited.

Member: 200,000 yen per space.
Non-member: 260,000 yen per space. ※price does NOT include 5% sales tax

■ Space E
A combination of one space with the basic booth fixtures of Space C and display space for vehicles only. There will a lane 1.5m wide separating the spaces. Please do not leave any baggage or displays on the lane. Exhibitors can rent up to 3 spaces. TASA will determine the booth’s location.

Member: 380,000 yen per space.
Non-member: 480,000 yen per space. ※price does NOT include 5% sales tax
